Role:

  • Business Development Manager is responsible for prospecting, identifying, and developing business with new customers.
  • Determine sales strategy based on firm-wide financial goals.
  • Identify and develop business strategies to achieve revenue goals and business objectives.
  • Engage and influence industry executives and decision makers.
  • Represent the firm at the highest level to clients, peer organizations, and business associates.
  • Work with technical and marketing staff to develop proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
  • Research and analyze potential business prospects, and work with DWOSA executive team to develop plans to optimize business opportunities to its full potential.
  • Be highly evolved in the training of technical and marketing staff on BD-related issues.
  • Manage client satisfaction programs.
  • Manage Customer Relationship Management system to track BD efforts.
  • Develop, maintain and leverage a strong industry business network.
  • Participate in a wide range of professional and client organizations.
  • Meet  residential, corporate, hotel, restaurant, real-estate clients to discuss the requirements and generate revenue .
  • Follow up on existing lead or leads generated by other sources.
  • Generate revenue by managing the business listing on online portals. Engage in Social media marketing for branding activities.
