Process

  1. Customer is interested in home automation.
  2. We will send the details about home automation to the customer over email.
  3. Customer will check about home automation details & approximate cost from the document sent or one to one at our experience center.
  4. Customer can see the live demo of home automation at our experience center or customer can see demo videos on our website or on our you tube channel .
  5. Customer can share his/her requirement with us on phone/email or one to one at our experience center.
  6. We will provide the quotation as per customer’s requirement  including current discount/offer and installation changes.
  7. We can discuss about the requirements/quotation details over phone/email or at our experience center.
  8. Once the quotation is finalized according to the requirement, customer can book the automation package by paying token amount of Rs. 5000 which will be non-refundable and will be adjusted in final payment for home automation.
  9. As it is difficult to visit multiple customer’s sites without booking, only after receiving the token amount, we can visit customer’s site 2-3 times if customer want to discuss/show anything.
  10. Order will be confirmed only after the 100% payment of products, installation changes can be paid after the complete installation
  11. Products will be delivered within 2 weeks (depending upon the quantity of houses).
  12. Installation will be done by us  at customer site within 2 weeks of order confirmation.
